MoEngage Projects

Handling content, creative strategy, planning, data tracking and experiments for the WebOps team at MoEngage has been an experience worth recounting. 
When you grow through different stages in a career and encounter something truly unique, you grab it with both hands. This was that precious opportunity and I've learned so much through it.

From writing for different key traffic-driving pages like industry pages, pages that tell the story of a customer's journey, competitor landing pages, to high-intent keyword-led pages, solution-driven pages, conversion campaigns, product launches, product adoptions, and more - I've worked on the web space end-to-end. 

My experience hasn't stopped there - I have gained knowledge across functions and regions via regular collaborations with the product content, content marketing, social, product marketing, sales, and product teams!

The story that websites tell the customers is essential in forming a brand's opinion in the market and I've worked on telling that story with the right kind of love and care it deserves. B2B SaaS as a space has so much potential, it has been amazing to be a small part of it.

MOENGAGE HUB

A project bigger than all of us involved in it, the MoEngage Resource Hub has been designed to house a plethora of content aimed at providing information about what MoEngage offers, the problems it solves, its presence in the market, and the impact it can produce for its clients. 

It houses competitor landing pages, solutions-driven pages, benchmark reports, and more - a lot of which has entirely been written, conceptualized, and executed by me.

CUSTOMER LIFECYCLE

In a true MoEngage fashion, this section presents the story of a customer's lifecycle and how you can connect with them at every step of their journeys. This was one of the most special collaborative efforts between product marketing and the web team that produced some great content that made sense, was relatable, and touched a chord with the consumers.
